420A Eclipse/Talon Header/Turbo Manifold Flange

This is a header/turbo manifold flange designed for the 1995-1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse and Eagle Talon with the 420A engine.  It is laser cut from 0.5 inch 304 stainless steel. The perimeter design of the head flange is unique and is meant to isolate each runner. This is to prevent warping or buckling of the flange after repeated usage as well as shearing manifold bolts. I also believe that the curves yield a more attractive finished manifold.  The ports are sized to match 1.5 inch schedule 10 pipe, after the pipe has formed to the correct shape, of course.  This ensures a smooth transition from flange to piping.
