Original 426 hemi starter has part number and date code clearly shown, had sticker on it from a rebuild but fell off after I took the pictures , worked fine several years ago when I took it off a 1969 hemi motor that I switched to the 10.5 clutch and bellhousing. Overall the starter looks very good and shows no wear on the gear, it came off a 45,000 mile motor with headers so that no doubt was why it was rebuilt. Date code 488 is 48th week of 1968 for a late 68 or early 69 car, will work all the way back to 66 if you just need a four speed starter for less than the n.o.s. One listed on ebay in the past few months.

Ford Mondeo teaser concept

By Chris Chilton First Official Pictures 22 September 2006 08:02 The lowdown This is another one of those ‘concept’ cars that isn’t a concept car at all. According to Ford the Paris motor show star gives a glimpse of what we might expect from the next Mondeo, but they’re not fooling anyone: the sheetmetal is pure production new Mondeo. Premium: that’s the look and feel Ford wanted.
