SELLING SET OF 63 FORD R CODE LOW RISER HEADS USED AS IT.

THEY NEED REBUILD.  SOME OF GUIDES ARE CRACKED AND THE VALVE SEATS WORN.    THEY NEED THE USUAL GUIDES AND VALVES SEATS BUT ARE GOOD HEADS TO REBUILD IF YOU ARE BUILDING A R CODE MOTOR TOP OILER OR CENTER OILER.

IN 63 1/2 FORD INTRODUCED THE 427 TOP OILER TO REPLACE THE 406 AND THE D HEADS WERE THE FIRST HEADS FROM JAN TO MARCH 63.  THEY ARE DIFF THAN THE 406 WITH BIGGER VALVES BUT WILL WORK ON A 406 OR 390..

Toyota recalls more than 30,000 Prius hybrids in UK

Toyota Toyota is recalling 1.9 million Prius models worldwide as it seeks to correct a software fault in the control system for the hybrid drive system. That’s more than half the total number of Prius cars produced since the hybrid was introduced in 1997. The recall affects the current, third-generation Prius, which has been in production since March 2009.

It’s another dot-dot-dot concept to join the RC, but the Peugeot Prologue is production ready. There’s a big egg-crate grille, boomerang rear lights and a full-length glass roof, but apart from toning down the big bumpers and sills, the Prologue should become the 3008 MPV with few other exterior tweaks.

In the 1990s and early 2000s one of the most charismatic, brave and forward-thinking car makers, Citroën, had been reduced to the maker of budget, mainstream Euro boxes such as the Saxo and Xsara. The company hinted at its intentions to break free from its mundane existence as the maker of line-of-least-resistance rental cars with its Lignage concept in 1999 that harked back to its past large sedans, especially the CX. But it was at the 2002 Paris motor show that Citroën put a stake in the ground with its fabulously avantgarde Citroën C-Airdream concept.
