.45 ACP BULLET VALVE CAPS

Whether you’re rolling a Rat Rod, Stylin’ on a Street-Bob, cruising a Chopper or showing your Muscle Car, these caps are the finishing touch that any detail-minded throttle-junkie could be proud of.

These are Standard Valve Caps fashioned from spent Brass .45 ACP shell casings.  The cases are actually fired bullets, polished, clear-coated and fitted with a valve cap.

ITEM:                   Bullet Valve Caps

CALIBER:               .45 ACP (Automatic Colt Pistol)

MATERIAL:             Brass

VEHICLE FIT:          Universal; if your vehicle uses standard

valve caps, these will work

PACKAGING:        Caps will come in a small zip top bag.  If you would like a whole sale lot with Retail Packaging (as in the last photo) contact me with the information below and we can work out a bulk price and I can have them ready for display and sale.

CONDITION:        NEW, from used parts but never used in the current capacity.  I just want to be upfront that these are not manufactured in a factory somewhere.  I’m making these myself, there may be minor imperfections from batch to batch.  I think these variances are what makes them cool but if you’re not happy with the set you get let me know and we’ll replace them or refund your money.

F1: Bahrain Grand Prix back on – India Grand Prix now in December

Sun, 05 Jun 2011

2011 Bahrain Grand Prix - back on in October The start of the F1 Circus this year was put back after the Arab Spring made the Gulf Kindom of Bahrain a less than suitable venue for something as frivolous as Formula One, leading to the postponement of the 2011 Bahrain Grand Prix. But now it seems the Bahranians are convinced they’ve put a lid on the populist move to topple their regime (how they’ve done that is debatable), so the FIA’s World Motor Sport Council met on Friday and reinstated the Bahrain Grand Prix for 30th October. That date was originally supposed to be the date of the inaugural Indian Grand Prix, but that too has been pushed back and will now take place at the end of the season, at the same time as the FIA Annual General Assembly and Prize-Giving Gala on December 11th.

Horror crash drivers offered training course

Tue, 21 Jan 2014

POLICE who found enough evidence to prosecute 32 motorists following a 150-car pile-up have offered to send them on a driver alertness course instead. A senior police officer said handing the drivers a chance to go on the course would be more beneficial than putting them before the courts. The decision to spare drivers prosecution follows a four-month investigation by specialist collision investigators and case review staff from Kent Police.

Smart forstars concept

Fri, 14 Sep 2012

The Smart forstars concept is set to be unveiled the week after next at the Paris motor show. Clearly related to the For-Us concept seen at NAIAS in Detroit earlier this year, the grammatically-challenged Sports Utility Coupé concept, measures in at 3,550mm long, 1,710mm wide and 1,505mm high. It shares the same ‘smiley' front face as the For-Us, complete with rhombic front lamps which stand proud of the surface and a pixellated grille opening.
