This "Hi-Performance" distributor was ordered from Dick Paterson's "Springfield Ignition" for our 1974 GMC Motorhome. (455 engine) When it was installed it didn't perform properly. At Springfield Ignition's request the unit was returned to be checked. The unit was returned to us stating there were no problems, but when the unit was installed it failed to perform again.
