I AM OPEN TO A REASONABLE OFFER

Note #1: I listed these fog lights as used condition because there is damage to the chrome on the back of the lights caused by moisture. But there is no sign these lights have ever been used. They are both very, very clean inside. The original wiring has never been used. There are no scratches or rock pits on the bulbs. The screws that hold them together look unused. My guess is these are NOS with damage to the chrome from sitting outside of the box on the shelf.

Note #2: These are 6V fog lights and both of them work -- I just tested them. They have the matching old style GE Mazda bulb. The Mazda name hasn't been used on a GE bulb in many, many years. I would estimate these fog lights were made in the 1946 / 1946 time frame.

Note #3: The Unity Model S-3 fog light is the larger 6 inch size. The Unity Model S-3 fog light was often seen on Ford Trucks from 1940 - 1952.

This auction is for a pair of Unity Model S-3 fog Lights. I estimate these lights were made soon after WWII production began in the 1945 - 1946 time frame.  ( Look at the old vintage UNITY cap on the top). No dents. There is chrome distress on the rear as shown in the pictures. The pictures tell the story. These fog lights have never been used. They still have the original wiring rolled up. E-Mail with questions. Shipping extra. Good Luck!

Tue, 14 Aug 2012

We have video of the 2013 Bentley Continental Flying Spur, in W12 and V8 guises, ahead of a 2013 debut. It’s already two years since we saw the new Bentley Continental GT, since when we’ve had the arrival of the V8 Continental GT and the new GT Speed. But still the Flying Spur – the big saloon version of the Continental GT – hasn’t been updated.

Land Rover Freelander 2 HSE Photo Gallery The Land Rover Freelander, despite its sales success, was never a great car. Lots of promise but too many reliability problems. So we were very keen to get to gripos with the Freelander 2 in its top of the range guise to see just how good the latest version of the Freelander has become.

Alfa Romeo 4C Spider revealed: Geneva Motor Show

Tue, 04 Mar 2014

The Alfa Romeo 4C Spider (pictured) revealed in Geneva The Alfa Romeo 4C is the epitome of a modern ‘supercar’, with ultra light weight (for a production car) allowing the 4C to produce very good performance from its modest 17500cc engine. So producing an Spider convertible immediately raises the weight issue in a more dramatic way when the car’s abilities are so dependent on it low weight, but it seems the Alfa Romeo 4C Spider – previewed as a production car with a concept at Geneva today – has managed to keep the wight penalties of the convertible 4C down to a minimum. Thanks to a canvas roof and carbon fibre rollover bars, the weight penalty for the Spider is only about 60kg (around a 7 per cent gain) which shouldn’t hurt performance too much.
