Fri, 01 Aug 2014

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 01 August 2014 07:04 US craft modders Icon have come up with an unusual take on the electric car: the new Icon Helios is a dramatically rebodied Tesla Model S inspired by streamliners and ‘30s aircraft. Button & Brawn – World Champions

Sun, 18 Oct 2009

Barricehllo, Brawn and Button celebrate the Brawn Success The Brazilian Grand Prix was chaotic even before the lights went out to start the race. Qualifying was a nightmare with a constant deluge of rain soaking the track and Button seemed to have lost all chance of a win when he started 14th, with team mate – and chief rival for the championship – Barrichello on pole. The race saw Barichello suffer a puncture; Trulli and Sutil almost coming to blows after a coming together that also pitched Alonso out; Raikkonen lost his front wing and suffered a puncture and Kovalainen left the pits with his fuel hose attached, which sprayed fuel on Raikkonen and set fire to his car.

Dubbed, somewhat cornily, the Ex_Cee'd Cabrio, the convertible will be shown officially at the Geneva Motor Show in early March. And don't laugh at the back - it was designed by Peter Schreyer, formerly head of Audi design and now boss of the Koreans' studio.
