I am selling an H series block from a 1950 ford F-1 pickup truck. This block was going to be rebuilt but I found a good running engine for the truck and just swapped them. The bore measures 3.370" in all cylinders and there is one old sleeve that looks fine.I cleaned the block in the soak tank and then pressure washed it.  it will still need to be totally checked by a machine shop and there may be additional machine work needed. It is good for a rebuild.  Please take a look at the photos and email me any questions. I can ship this almost anywhere in the lower 48 states for $190.00 or less to a nearby loading dock or commercial address or you can pick it up in Indianapolis. Shipping to the lower 48 states only!  I also have most of the rest of the complete engine so if you are looking for any other parts please ask and I'll list them for sale

Mugen Honda CR-Z Hybrid – but don’t get too excited

Sat, 27 Feb 2010

The Honda CR-Z Hybrid gets the Mugen treatment Honda are trying to tell anyone who will listen that the Hybrid Honda CR-Z is a modern version of the Honda CRX. You know, all fun and sporty and nimble and on the right side of warm, but with all the green goodness people think they have to want. We haven’t actually come across anyone who buys in to the idea, but Honda aren’t giving up on the marketing pitch of the Honda CR-Z as the first ‘Sporty’ hybrid with the production version of the CR-Z debuting at Geneva next week.

Rain doesn't dampen spirits at Orphan Car Show

Wed, 28 Sep 2011

With rain falling as the show cars arrived, organizers worried that moving the 15th-annual Ypsilanti Orphan Car Show from its original June weekend to late September wasn't going to work out after all. It was rescheduled last year after heavy rain in June and participants voted to make the change permanent. Fortunately, the rain blew over before the gates opened to spectators and Sunday turned out to be as nice a day as Saturday, when more than 30 entrants enjoyed a tour to view the extensive Nash collection that Ken and Mary Ann Havekost have accumulated in Monroe, Mich.
