48 Volt Golf Cart Club Car Battery Charger Powerdrive! on 2040-parts.com
Russellville, Arkansas, US
This is a new Schauer Golf Cart Battery Charger. This charger is a 48 Volt 15 Amp fully automatic (completes the charge cycle and goes to "float" charge) charger. This charger operates on standard household power (117VAC 60 Hz) but can also operate on 240 Volts 50 or 60 Hz power. This charger is front panel switch selectable for either "Flooded" (normal lead acid batteries that have caps for checking liquid level) or the AGM type (Sealed) batteries.
CONNECTOR: This charger has a Club CAR Powerdrive (see picture) Connector. If you need the charger with other connectors, see my other auctions.
PAYMENT: Payment is to be by Paypal or Credit Card directly by phone.
WARRANTY: This charger has an 18 month from date of purchase warranty from the Manufacturer. Full contact information for the Manufacturer and for us is always included with the charger. If warranty service is needed during the warranty period, the customer should contact the manufacturer, Schauer Battery Charger Company, to get information on how to send the charger in for repair. The customer will be responsible for shipping to Schauer and Schauer will pay shipping for returning the charger to the customer inside the US. Customers outside the US will have to pay for shipping both ways for warranty service.
RETURNS: Ebay now requires sellers to state a return policy. The only options are to state "Returns Accepted" or Returns Not Accepted". Well, we had to change to "Returns Not Accepted" because of abuse of the return policy. Over the years, we have had few returns and in most cases, a simple phone call solved the problem with an explanation of how the product worked. We still have a liberal return policy, but there are some qualifications on that policy. For instance, just sending the product back without any prior communication is not acceptable. Ordering a battery charger to check to see if your old one is really bad or the problem is somewhere else, with plans to return the new charger is not acceptable. Most questions about whether the charger is the right one for your use can be worked out in advance before the purchase. If you need more information about our products, you can call me at 479-967-1542.
