Subaru BRZ STi (2013) range-topping BRZ on the way

Subaru has revealed teasing shots of the new BRZ STi. Almost two years after Subaru previewed the BRZ via the Concept STi (pictured, right), these new shots confirm a production version is on the way – though it’s unclear if it’ll be tuned-up performance version, or merely a fettled and bodykitted refresh. Audi win at Le Mans – again

Audi has not only won at the 2012 Le Mans 24 Hour, but they’ve taken 2nd, 3rd and 5th places too in the diesel hybrid R18 e-Tron. It’s a huge achievement to win at Le Mans, so hats off – yet again - to the incredible Audi team with another stunning win at Le Mans – the 11th time in the last thirteen years - and for their 2nd, 3rd and 5th place too. The winning Audi R18 e-Tron was the first hybrid car to win at Le Mans and was brilliantly driven by Marcel Fässler (Swiss), André Lotterer (German) and Benoît Tréluyer (French).

SPD starts collaboration with VW Group Design on Masters program

Scuola Politecnica di Design (SPD) and Volkswagen Group Design are starting a new five year collaboration program focused on the development of experimental mobility projects for Lamborghini, Audi and Volkswagen. The Milan, Italy-based university is offering eight scholarships to participate to the one year Master Program in Car and Transportation Design, which will take place from 21 October 2010 to October 2011. The university is currently accepting applications from students and professionals from all over the world, with the aim of providing training with the protagonists of automotive design.
