• The braided design helps reinforce the strength of the hose

• When used with biodiesel and WVO, this hose will hold up quite well but is not completely resistant to the fluids.

No exchange or refund allowed after shipment, unless there is major defect with the product.
Defective items must be reported and returned immediately for exchange or refund, otherwise it will be not entertained.

**The following reasons may not be considered as manufacturer defects**

1. Minor stains. Stains no larger than 5mm in diameter.
2. Minor thread frays at the straps, slight mis-alignment of the seam.
3. Claims that the finishing or design of item is not good or up to expectations.
4. Deliberate damage of items such that it may warrant an exchange.

**Other exchange exclusions**

1. Size issues - measurement is subject to max. 0.5cm error tolerance depending on the measurement method by indvidual or  product batch.
2. Colour issues - The colours you see on your monitor may be slightly different from the actual colours of goods due to 
                           various reasons such as monitor temperature setting, marker charactoristic and so on.
3. Items worn and stained, altered in any form, washed or damaged due to negligence are not applicable for exchange.
4. Promotional items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
