This is a Buy It Now auction for a 5.4L 3 valve intake plenum that includes the fuel rail, fuel injectors and throttle body, parts included as shown in the gallery photos. Removed from a 2010 F250 Super Duty with 84K miles on it since new. The reason it is available for sale is the 2010 engine it was on was sold to a customer who installed it into an '08 Super Duty and the customer who purchased the engine stated something was different so he reused his 2008 set-up on the 2010 engine he purchased. So this will probably only work for 2009 & 2010 engines? There are no known issues with this plenum and it was not removed from a flood or burn vehicle. All items picked up at our business or shipped to a South Dakota address are subject to 6% South Dakota sales tax unless a valid exemption is furnished at the time of pickup or prior to shipping. If the purchase is paid through Paypal and sales tax is due we will send an additional invoice for the amount of sales tax due and your item will ship when that amount is paid. Large items shipped by truck freight to an out of state address are not to be regarded as part of this policy because the trucking company will provide a bill of lading to affirm the out of state shipment.

We take great pride in the shipping and packaging of all items won on eBay and sold through our auto parts business. If you check our feedbacks you will see many compliments left by satisfied customers affirming this. We use quality shipping materials, pad and protect most items, use lots of tape, and use blocking material & heavy cardboard when necessary. Due to this diligence we have not had a single freight claim for any items shipped, other than 2 that were completely lost by the carrier in the past 5+ years . Please request insurance if you want it prior to paying for your item, otherwise no insurance will be provided other than the minimum, if any, of what the carrier automatically provides. Seller will not be responsible nor offer an adjustment for damages to product caused by the carrier in the shipping process when normal packaging procedures per our rigid standards are used and if no additional insurance is requested by purchaser. Seller will assist purchaser in support of a shipping claim filed by purchaser on purchaser's behalf if the damage is noted with carrier upon receipt.

Results are in for Bonhams fourth annual Las Vegas motorcycle auction, and the ancient British firm sold a whopping $3.3 million worth of motorcycles at its Thursday night event at Bally's on The Strip, with some fairly high-dollar bikes setting records. One of the Ducatis from the Silverman Museum Racing Collection lead the field, as it no doubt had on the track back in its day -- with a record $175,500 hammer price after what Bonhams called “spirited bidding.” The 1978 Ducati 900 NCR was in great shape after its spirited competition life. Next-highest seller was a 1940 Harley-Davidson EL from the Pierce Family Museum Collection that sold for $159,000.

NHTSA investigating Toyota Prius hybrid for steering-shaft concerns

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration announced Monday it will look into whether steering shafts in Toyota Prius models spanning from 2004 through 2009 model years are defective. According to the Detroit News, NHTSA has already recalled the Toyota Prius twice for steering-shaft problems. In 2012, 669,000 Prius vehicles from 2004-2009 model years were recalled to replace the steering-shaft extension assembly.

A sunny Stockholm was the venue for the 3rd Automotive Design Summit organised by European Networking Group (ENG) and this year the event, for the first time, was supported by Car Design News. The summit took place April 18-19 in the stylish Clarion Hotel in the heart of Stockholm, close to the 'Gamla Stan' or old town, and was enjoyed by around sixty delegates from the international automotive design community. The two-day summit opened with an interesting introduction by Sebastien Rosel, Product Manager from Dassault Systemes on the new Catia V5 software.
