These are completely remanufactured long block engines which will fit any Chevrolet marine application that has a one piece rear seal and center bolt valve covers. We have the injected and carbed  applications with the 12 bolt intake (1987-1995 non roller, flat tappet cam designed to replace roller camshaft & 1996-2002 roller). The engine includes a complete finishing gasket set, oil pump, and come with a 2 year unlimited hours warranty. These engines have brass freeze plugs and a complete marine gasket set to complete the install. For an additonal $299 a new oil pan, timing cover and valve covers can be supplied.

If core is returned within 30 days, there will be no core charge. Core must come back in the same manner it was received. Core must be returned or paid for to validate warranty.

Ellesmere Port Celebrates Five Decades Of Production

VAUXHALL recently celebrated 50 years of production at its Ellesmere Port facility by recreating the original 1964 press image of the first vehicle coming off the line, in the same production location with today’s Astra alongside. The first new car to be produced at Ellesmere Port was a Vauxhall Viva HA, a model name that would run in a number of variants until 1978, when it was replaced by the Chevette. The Viva cost £527 7s 11d at launch.

Ferrari P4/5 designer Castriota heads to Saab

Jason Castriota, the noted designer who created the Ferrari P4/5 and the Maserati GranTurismo, is taking his talents to Saab. He will be in charge of design for the Swedish automaker as it looks to develop a new image after being sold by former parent General Motors, Bloomberg News reports. Castriota will work on developing an upscale model of the 9-3 and will try to bolster Saab to better compete with BMW and Audi.
