Condition:New other (see details) Type:Bottom Paint Manufacturer Part Number:76600 Brand:Hempel Olympic

Grandpa recently passed and left this totally new, (but weathered) 5 gallon can of HEMPEL's Olympic #76600 that he had planned to paint his sailboat with.  NOTE that this is not a single gallon, but a full five (5) gallons, which should be more than enough to give your boat several coats for additional protection.

If you will check the following URL you will see that the can sells for over $ 1,000 as it is the sort of thing apparently used on commercial ships, freighters and the like.  It is VERY heavy (about 100#) and shipping may be costly but we will cooperate with you in any way.

HEMPEL'S ANTIFOULING OLYMPIC HI-76600

Due to its self-renewing effect, this product maintains a continually bio-active surface during its entire service life.

By providing a constantly active surface during its lifetime, this antifouling is gradually sacrificed in the process. The color of the system changes in accordance with the colors of the coats applied. Light red 50300 changes to whitish in direct contact with seawater. This product does not contain organotin compounds acting as biocides and complies with the International Convention on the Control of Harmful Antifouling Systems on Ships as adopted by IMO October 2001 (IMO document AFS/CONF/26).

If you will Google: north-america.hempel.com/en-US/products/olympic-hi-76600
you should get a site that illuminates the situation.
Hempel has priced us out of the market. On 16th of Dec, 2014 they raised our price of, Olympic A/F (5gal) to $1083.30 that is $216.66 our cost per gallon.  There are better buys out there, like Seahawk.  But if you still want a can we will sell it for our cost plus shipping and handling.

The trio of Dunlop-shod Citroen C1s We already know what a lot of fun the Toyota Aygo/Peugeot 107/Citroen C1 are. We reviewed the 107 recently and had a blast. It really is as manouverable and chuckable as it looks when Top Gear use it to play football.

Concept Car of the Week: Ford Forty-Nine (2001)

Fri, 03 May 2013

Over 1.3 million orders were placed for the 1949 Ford before it even went officially on sale. The revolutionary post-war design with slick slab sides and semi-covered wheels became a symbol of American optimism. "The inspiration for the Forty-Nine concept comes from the passion and excitement of the original, combined with the imagination of people across America who customized the car and turned it into what they thought a really great car should be," said J Mays, Ford's vice president of Design at the unveiling of the retro-futurist coupe back in 2001.

Cloaked in crossover skin, the Orlando is not to be taken lightly.
