New Bentley Continental GT2 planned Bentley has revealed to Auto Express that now its got the regular versions of the Continental out of the way – the 2011 Continental GT and the 2012 Continental GTC – they’re going to head down the halo route for the new Conti and produce the Bentley Continental GT2. The GT2 seems destined to occupy the space the Continental Supersports did in the previous generation Continental. It is said to be getting a bit if weight relief going on – around 200kg – and will come equipped with up to 650-bhp – that’s 30bhp more than the current Supersports.

A number of websites claiming to offer Driver and Vehicle Licencing Agency (DVLA) test booking services are costing drivers up to three times as much for routine applications, according to new reports. The Office of Fair Trading has confirmed that these fake sites exceed the standard DVLA costs for booking a driving theory or practical test – priced at £31 and £62 respectively – but that the independently run services are not actually illegal. Mercedes-Benz to launch teen driving school in Los Angeles

Mercedes-Benz is set to launch its first U.S.-based teen driving school in Los Angeles this October. The school will be modeled after one Mercedes launched in the United Kingdom in 2009. A full driver's-education program will incorporate training online, in the classroom and behind the wheel.
