This is a nice quality set of 2 GM NOS Reproduction door lock cylinder retainer clips that securely holds the door lock to the door. These are used in many years of GM cars and trucks so please check your application and match yours to the pictures in the listing. These were also used to hold the trunk lock in the trunk in various years of GM makes, and models but not all. Some models take a special clip for the trunk lock so be sure to match your original ones to the ones listed. These exhibit the same thickness of spring steel with the correct bends and contours as the originals that GM used. You will get exactly what is pictured. The old ones are usually sprung from age and will allow the lock to move in the door which is why it is a must to replace these in a correct restoration. If you need three of these please see my other listings as I have these in sets of three also for people needing these clips for both the door and trunk locks. The redesigned 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra pickups go on sale this spring with V8 engines that General Motors claims will get slightly better fuel economy than the rival Ford F-150 equipped with a turbocharged V6. Chevrolet is holding the base sticker price on the 2014 Silverados to the same as that of the 2013 models. This means a rear-drive 2014 Silverado with the base V6 engine will sticker at $24,585, although that model won't be in dealerships until this summer.

THE AUTUMN dip in petrol prices failed to stimulate sales and the cost of filling up is rising again, according to the AA. Drivers in small market and coastal towns are particularly suffering from high prices, with the dearest petrol found in East Anglia and Wales, the AA said. It added that between mid November and mid December, the average UK price of petrol rose from 130.44p a litre to 131.17p, while diesel increased from 137.78p to 138.61p.
