Hummer nears the end of the trail

The curtain is rapidly falling on Hummer, General Motors' ill-fated rough-and-tough brand of trucks and SUVs. The final H3 rolled off the assembly line at 9:07 a.m. Central time on Tuesday at the Hummer factory in Shreveport, La., marking the end of production for the brand, a spokesman said.

Chrysler prices SRT 2012 models

Chrysler Group, which is reviving its SRT performance brand, has set prices on the first four SRT vehicles it is selling: the Chrysler 300 SRT8, Dodge Charger SRT8, Dodge Challenger SRT8 and Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. Chrysler will start building the vehicles at the end of July and they will arrive in dealerships before the end of the third quarter. A HONDA NSX supercar once regularly driven by legendary Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna is coming up for auction. The stunning car, which is still in exemplary condition, was bought for Senna by his manager and friend Antonio Carlos de Almeida Braga, for the three-time World Champion to use when visiting his home in Portugal. After Senna’s untimely death in 1994, the NSX sat for two years in Portugal, with strict instructions that no one should be allowed to use it – or even touch it.
