BMW to launch app for music on demand
Wed, 24 Aug 2011BMW is partnering with online-music-service provider MOG to develop an application that allows on-demand music to be streamed inside its cars. The service launches with the BMW 6-series this fall. The MOG app for the BMW Apps option has on-demand streaming with unlimited, ad-free listening; mobile storage for music, and the ability to search, tag songs or listen to curated content.

That was borne out when we had photos of the McLaren P1 shot in Norfolk a week or two ago as the P1 visited one of McLaren’s suppliers on an industrial estate in Diss. The big Mercedes GL SUV has been around for a while now, and we’ve been expecting a facelift version to arrive for a while. But reports are now saying that the new GL won’t be a mild facelift but an all new model.
