This is a set of used trunk lid hinges and pins taken off of a 1956 Chevy 4 door sedan (post) car.  These will fit the '55-'57 Chevy and Pontiac 2 & 4 door sedans (post) and '56-'57 Chevy and Pontiac 4 door hardtops (no post).  These will not fit 2 door hardtops (no post) or convertibles.  These have some surface rust on them, but they should be fine after sandblasting and painting.  These get painted body color.  I have the mounting pins just loosely pushed into the holes they go in and they will be shipped with the hinges.  Please contact me if you have any questions and thanks for looking.

Roewe 350 (w/ Gallery)

Wed, 28 Apr 2010

The Roewe 350 is the first model built atop parent company SAIC's new A-class platform. At first sight, there appears considerable overlap with this latest model and the Roewe 550, but the 350's 2650mm wheelbase and overall length of 4521mm is roughly 100mm shorter than the 550. Read our opinion of the new design in our 2010 Beijing Motor Show Highlights and see more photos in the gallery below.

Volvo to launch large-scale autonomous driving project

Tue, 03 Dec 2013

It's going to happen sooner than we though -- the machines are going to take over. No need to jump in your car and drive to your uncle's fallout shelter where he's been stockpiling expired cans of tomato soup, though, at least not just yet. The machines in question are Volvos (pretty benign, right?), and the place they'll be taking over is Volvo's home town of Gothenburg, Sweden.

Infiniti is to unveil the Q30 concept C-segment hatchback at next month's Frankfurt motor show. The Q30 concept, which has been previewed in a sketch, could be a pre-production version of the Etherea – first seen at the 2011 Geneva motor show –based on the same platform as the Mercedes-Benz A-Class. It's the carmaker's latest exploration into new premium segments and signifies an expansion of its product range as it moves to strengthen its global position.
