Lotus to double production – Return to Motorsport

Lotus CEO Dany Bahar plans to double production at Hethel and return to Motor Sport Through all the gloom and doom car makers have reported over the last year and more there has been one shining light which has seemed impervious to the downturn – Lotus. They’ve not only remained profitable but they’ve managed to bring to market a new car – the Lotus Evora – which has not only been pretty well universally praised but has a full order book to boot. 1957 Ferrari 625 TRC Spider RM Auctions has added a rare 1957 Ferrari 625 TRC Spider to its list of desirable Ferraris offered at May’s Monaco auction. RM Auction’s Monaco sale takes place the same weekend as the Monaco Grand Prix in May, and we’re starting to wonder which will be the biggest attraction after RM revealed a new addition to their list of ultra rare and desirable Ferraris up for auction at their event. The 1957 Ferrari 625 TRC Spider – chassis #0680 MDTR – is the rarest of all TRs made and is one of just two factory-built TRCs.

Aston Martin are busy working on an updated DBS (which is why we’re about to get the DBS Ultimate Edition) and are aiming for a reveal by the Paris Motor Show in September. But this isn’t going to be just a facelift for the DBS.
