The inner cellophane wrappers were opened for the first time to check condition and take the pics. The cellophane was stuck in the factory applied grease and was torn apart when removing it. I cleaned the old grease with clean light machine oil and a clean shop towel that revealed some very nice, bright, clean, rust free bearings .

Both are NORS Bearing showing “Made in the USA”. These are unbranded bearings packaged and distributed by Premier Autoware Co as were made by any number of the major US Bearing Manufacturers for the Service Station and the Independent Mechanic Shop aftermarket trade of years ago.

(As an aside: If you are unaware of Premier Autoware Co, just Google their history. It is impressive.)

Thanks for Looking!!!!! And check out my other auctions for other interesting NOS, NORS, and some good used items! (LH)

But you might have forgotten that Caparo is better known as a huge engineering company in the automotive sector and elsewhere, employing 6000 people worldwide and turning over €1.5 billion a year.
