You are bidding on a complete Cruise Control Regulator mounting bracket Set if you are installing cruise control on a big block 348 or 409 Chevy engine. These were required for all 1959 -1963 Chevrolets, Impalas, Biscaynes, Bel Airs. Please be aware these brackets are similar but quite different from the small block mounting brackets. The brass looking pair of brackets were reproduced/cast using bronze which is very strong & will not rust. Because of the casting process, I have spent several hours filing & sanding them. For perfection and/ or for show quality, they could be cadmium plated, chromed or simply painted. The throttle rod is steel and was professionally reproduced. It has been properly bent to match the original. The flattened end will need to be cut to the correct length for your carb set-up & a hole drilled. The generator mounting bracket is also steel & was professionally fabricated & again properly bent to match the original. You will not be disappointed. Full refund if not 100% satisfied! Which will give the S5 Sportback performance of around 5.2 seconds to 60 mph. This change from big V8s is a shame, but it does result in better economy – estimates for the S5 S/B are pushing on 30mpg – and the reduced emissions help car makers like Audi lower their average emissions, and important consideration these days.
