Bentley to show Hybrid Concept at Beijing motorshow

Bentley is using the Beijing motor show to reveal the Bentley Hybrid Concept. It will preview the company's first plug-in model, with the powertrain expected in a Bentley SUV debuting in 2017. The technology will be demonstrated in Beijing on the flagship Bentley Mulsanne.

The first thing that hits you driving over the hundreds of miles of desert on the way to see the monster Scottsdale classic and collector car auctions every January is the HUGE number of motor homes scattered willy nilly all across the sand and rocks like dice. Every winter Arizona sprouts fields of Winnebegos and Hitchhiker IIs like big, rectangular wildflowers, only less pretty (Not counting the requisite lion and dolphin murals airbrushed on the backs, what are those about, anyway?). Ferrari Hybrid confirmed

The Ferrari F430 Spyder Bio Fuel car from the Detroit Motor Show in 2008 We learnt at the weekend that Lamborghini are to reduce their CO2 footprint by 35%, and we recently  learnt about some of Ferrari’s Hybrid plans from patent applications the boys from Maranello had filed. But today we learn that not only is Ferrari looking at Hybrid options, but that it intends showing a car very soon – probably at the Los Angeles Motor Show in November. Ferrari is looking at several options to keep the ‘Environmentalists’ happy, including Bio-Fuel and Turbo charging.
