Fuel Pressure Regulator

  • The fuel pressure regulator is mounted to the engine mounted fuel filter.
  • It regulates fuel pressure by routing unfiltered fuel from the filter housing to the HFCM via a spring loaded poppet style valve.
  • The cracking pressure (pressure at which the valve begins to open) of the valve is 60psi +/- 5psi.  Thus the importance of the spring not becoming weak.

Honda N-ONE [w/Gallery]

Mon, 05 Nov 2012

Honda's N-ONE mini-vehicle, the third model of the its new N Series, has gone on sale across Japan. The retro, boxy N-ONE was developed in the style of the 1967 N360 and uses Honda's M/M (man maximum, machine minimum) design language. It also takes a number of recognizable design cues from the widely praised EV-N concept that was unveiled at the 2009 Tokyo motor show.

Renault Twin'Run concept

Wed, 29 May 2013

The Renault Twin'Run concept, unveiled during the weekend's Monaco Grand Prix, is the sibling of the Twin'Z collaboration with Ross Lovegrove. Together they fulfill the ‘Play' stage of Renault's ongoing concept car lifecycle. While its overall form is very similar to the Twin'Z's (apologies for awkward punctuation on Renault's behalf), previewing the next-generation, rear-engined Twingo, the ‘Run is altogether racier than the more pragmatic – if no less flamboyant – ‘Z.
