This is a propeller removed from a 1960's 6 hp Mercury outboard. This shows normal signs of use, but is in good shape for the age of it. The hub is a little worn, but isn't slipping. Edges show normal dings but nothing major. This is a splined prop. Should work for other 6 hp Mercury outboard models from the 60's and possibly others as well. 2013 Australian Motor Show axed
Tue, 26 Mar 2013This year’s Australian Motor Show in Melbourne has been cancelled by its organizers three months before its planned opening. Falling attendance figures played a big part in taking the decision, as did what is seen as a lack of manufacturer support. The Australian International Motor Show Joint Venture's event director Russ Tyrie said the decision was taken "based on a consensus view of the automotive industry to focus limited marketing budgets in 2013 on firm-specific activities, rather than an industry-based motor show." The Volkswagen Group's decision not to attend may well have acted as the final nail in the coffin along with Hyundai's hesitancy despite initial support.
Prices set for the Land Rover Range Rover Evoque
Thu, 30 Jun 2011The 2012 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque, the smallest vehicle in Land Rover's history, will carry a sticker price of $43,995 for the five-door model and $44,995 for the three-door model when they go on sale in the United States this fall. The prices include shipping charges. The Range Rover Evoque is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine rated at 240 hp.
