Up for bid is a set of 6 vintage 1961 - 1963 Corvair cylinders in excellent condition (see PICs). The cylinders measure 5 1/8" long from top to bottom of the bore, the outside bore measures 3 23/32" and there are 12 cooling fins from top to bottom. Please note that there is one cylinder with a small chip in the top fin (see PICs). These style cylinders with a standard bore of 3.4375" were used in many Corvair engines from 1961 through 1963. I used my caliper and measured the bore on all 6 cylinders at 3.460"/3.461" at the top and 3.460"/3.461" at the bottom with the measurements being the same on top/bottom on each cylinder. The previous owner stated that the cylinders were purchased in the mid 1970s for an engine rebuild and were never used and they have been in storage for 30+ years. These items were purchased at an estate sale in southern California where many Corvair items from the 1960s were offered. These items are being listed based on information I received from the seller and my Internet research. Please feel free to ask any questions or request more PICs or measurements. I am not an expert in vintage Corvair parts and must rely on your knowledge and expertise as to what will or will not fit your needs. Please note that the items in the PIC are the exact items you will receive. Buyer will pay a shipping fee for USPS Parcel Post mail with delivery confirmation and insurance based on your location. Sorry, but International Shipping is not available for this item. Local pickup is OK and encouraged – be sure to let me know if you would like to use this option. Payments by Paypal will ship 2nd business day after payment confirmation received. Don’t have a Paypal account ?  Contact me for other payment options. Good luck bidding !!!
