This is Pendergrass Catalog A1 of Special Automotive Tools for Air Cooled Volkswagen, dated 1985 but containing tools for all Type 1, ape 2, Type 3 and Type 4 VW's. 25 pages in full size 8 1/2" x 11" format, 3 hole punched for binder. Heavy weight gloss page covers are lightly scuffed but clean throughout, complete with intact stapled binding, overall good+ condition and a NICE addition to your literature collection!. Toyota adds i-Road to urban mobility trials
Tue, 01 Oct 2013TOYOTA has added its futuristic i-Road concept to its “Ha:mo” urban transport trials. It is the latest vehicle to be added to the rapidly expanding scheme, which is being held at the so-called Toyota City; Toyota’s huge presence in Japan’s Aichi Prefecture. The Ha:mo (Harmonious Mobility network) trials are an attempt to develop a sophisticated, integrated transport system for cities, making use of electric vehicles wherever possible but with the key emphasis on encouraging travellers to use the ‘most appropriate’ means of transport at all times.
Mercedes confirms electric AMG SLS
Fri, 17 Jul 2009By Richard Webber First Official Pictures 17 July 2009 09:46 Mercedes’ new AMG SLS – the gullwinged GT supercar due to appear at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show – is going electric as engineers develop an emissions-free battery powered SLS as an alternative to the 563bhp V8. The eco SLS will have an electric motor powering each wheel, producing a total of 526bhp. Needless to say, for now it remains an engineering prototype – but a spokeswoman told CAR that Mercedes was intent on putting it into production.

Fri, 31 May 2013If you want a new Jaguar F-Type, you won’t get one until the end of 2013 The new Jaguar F-Type may not be a volume car for Jaguar – it’s place in jaguar’s lineup is to cast a rosy, sporty glow on the whole Jaguar range – but the numbers sold already seem to indicate the F-Type will end up selling even more than the 75,000 a year Jaguar hoped – assuming they can up production. Adrian Hallmark, Jaguar’s Global Brand Director, has confirmed to Automotive News that the new F-Type is already selling strongly, despite only going on sale a month ago, and the F-Type is sold out for at least the next six months. “Customers who order the car now will be lucky to get one by the end of this year”, he said.
