1960 - 1963 Chevy truck instrument cluster. Decent condition for restore or customize. Speedo needle turns when back of gauge is turned by hand. Has paint chips (see pics) but does not appear to be pitted. Crack in plastic about 1/8 inch long by the frame (see pic). scratches/scuffs on bezel/frame (see pic).
