This is a fully tested power convertible window current limiter that keeps the window motor from driving the window past its mechanical limit. This is one of two that are mounted on a relay panel hidden behind the rear seat. there are two required and independely mounted on either end of the board. I really don't know how tofully test, but I did check for continuity and current does seem to flow - so this may be a good part and not burned out. If you know how to test email me and I'll try it out. These are very rare as they are only used on Lincoln convertible from 1961 to1967. Picture is not of actual unit, they all look same so I didn't bother to take separate pics of the ones I have available. Yours will be in similar looking condition andfully tested. I am a hobbyist so it may take a week to get this shipped out. Returns accepted but shipping responsibility of buyer. David Ward, head of the London car-safety watchdog Global NCAP, which performed the crash tests, said the car industry in India lacked adequate safeguards.
