You are purchasing:
One USED GM Saginaw 3 or 4 speed manual transmission?? I'm not familiar with these old transmissions and I'm honestly not sure what this one is or what it will fit.
The shift cover was removed to inspect the gears, drain the oil and gain access to ID #'s. The oil had water contamination and the inside of the case is rusty. The gears and shaft do not move. The input shaft housing is broken.
For this reason the transmission is being sold " As-is, for parts"
From what I understand it's a GM Saginaw made from 62-79 ?? If you know anything about these, please let me know.
It may also fit other years or models but not sure about the interchange.
**I will be parting out several 60's and 70's vintage engines that have been removed from a relatives personal large barn collection that have been in storage. I'm by no means an expert on engines or parts from this era so please look at the photo's carefully to determine if it's what you need.
The parts will be listed as shown, probably needing some degree of restoration, cleaning and/or repair. If you have any questions, please ask them prior to puchasing.
