Saab 9-4X
Tue, 19 Oct 2010The production version of the new Saab 9-4X will make its official debut at next month's LA Auto Show, exactly two years after it was first displayed as the 9-4X BioPower concept. It shares its platform with the Cadillac SRX. Very little appears to have changed in the intervening period, with Saab design director, Jason Castriota's appointment coming after the car was signed off under GM's tenure.
Nissan 370Z unveiled at LA Auto Show
Wed, 19 Nov 2008By Ben Pulman Motor Shows 19 November 2008 17:10 Nissan pulled the wraps of its new 370Z coupe at today’s LA Auto Show, and confirmed that a Roadster version will arrive within the next 12 months. Topping the list of 370Z talking points are a shorter wheelbase, a larger engine, a seven-speed automatic and the world’s first rev-matching six-speed manual gearbox. Nissan dubs it the ‘SynchroRev Match’ function (they would, wouldn't they?), and it essentially blips the throttle to smooth out any shifts.
BMW 2-series Active Tourer (2015) BMW MPV scooped undisguised
Mon, 16 Dec 2013By Ollie Kew First Official Pictures 16 December 2013 11:00 Munich hopes that this will conquer new mini-MPV territory: the BMW 2-series Active Tourer. It’s the production version of the BWW Concept Active Tourer we first saw back in 2011, and the undisguised version of the car we scooped earlier in 2013. The name will be 'Active Tourer'-suffixed, not '2-series GT' as previously thought. The purists might shout loudly, but money talks, and there’s huge demand for a BMW-badged family car at more mainstream prices.
