This is a bumper jack hold down hook and spring. This will fit 1963, 1964, and 1965 Buick Riviera, LeSabre, Wildcat, and Electra 225 models. The bumper jack hold down hook and spring are very often missing and the spring is almost always broken. This hook and spring are in good condition. The hook is used. The spring is new aftermarket spring. This is a very close spring to what the originals looked like. The last picture shows the comparison of the original spring to the new after market spring. The spring may look shorter then the original but it is not stretched out. The 1st four pictures are of the 1st one that will be sold and the 2nd four pictures are of the 2nd one that will be sold. We had the news this morning that the Bentley Continental GT and GTC are both getting the new 8-speed ZF gearbox to make them both quicker and more economical, a new feature for the W12 engined Bentleys that’s also shared by the new Continental GT Speed. The GT Speed is due to get its public debut at the Moscow Motor Show next week, and as a bit of a PR trailer for its public debut Bentley has released new video of the GT Speed doing what it does very well – going quickly.
U.S. is seeking a record $16.4 million fine against Toyota
Mon, 05 Apr 2010The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is seeking a historic $16.4 million civil penalty against Toyota for failing to notify the agency in a timely fashion of a throttle problem that could cause unintended acceleration, Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood said on Monday. The amount is the maximum penalty and would be the most NHTSA has levied against an automaker. The agency said Toyota waited at least four months to alert it of the potential pedal problem.
