This is a used left (driver's) side convertible top latch plate and center sunvisor end holder taken off of a 1963 Ford Falcon Futura Convertible.  The interchange I found for these show they will fit the '63-'65 Ford Falcon convertibles and '63-'65 Mercury Comet convertibles.  These are used and do have some pitting on them.  They could be used as is on a driver or survivor car.  But, they would need to be rechromed for a show car.  The part number on the back of the latch is C3AB-7650531-A and the part number on the back of the suvisor end holder is C3DB-7604132-A.  Please contact me if you have any questions and thanks for looking.

Concept Car of the Week: Lamborghini Countach LP500 (1971)

Fri, 11 Oct 2013

The rivalry between the raging bull and the prancing horse led the two brands to create some truly amazing sports and super cars. In 1971, delighted by the success of the Miura, Ferrucio Lamborghini naturally went back to Carrozzeria Bertone with the impossible task to design its successor. The Miura was undeniably gorgeous, but wasn't yet on the same level as the Ferraris in terms of performance.

Bentley Zagato - the catalyst for the CPP Zagato deal A couple of weeks ago we reported that CPP – owners of Spyker and Bowler – has quitely gobbled up Milanese Car Design Studio Zagato at some point in 2010. Which made sense. It made sense because it is CPP that builds many of the Zagato cars you can think of.

Peugeot 308

Fri, 08 Jun 2007

These are the first pictures of the forthcoming Peugeot 308 that replaces the 307.  The car will compete predominantly in the lower medium European C-sector along with the Opel Astra, Ford Focus, the class leading Volkswagen Golf, and its PSA sibling: the Citroen C4. The 308 is expected to make its public debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September and be available at launch in 3 and 5 door hatchback body styles with other variants including an estate to follow. The design builds on the tall proportions established by its predecessor and some of the features that the 207 introduced as well as appearing to have been influenced by some Mercedes designs.
