Here is a great find for someone looking for a factory 1964 1/2 to 1967 Mustang Dual Point Distributor for the performance 289. This is a C50-E Distributor.

Part Number C50F-12127-E       Date Code 4J7 (C50F-E)

Date Code appears to be 4J7 which is an early number, and I believe this to be the replacement distributor that would have been purchased over the parts counter at the various dealerships.

This Date is 10-07-1964 This is a Motorcraft Distributor

I've taken a great number of close pictures, so you can see all of the numbers!

This distributor WILL NOT fit an inline 6 cylinder Ford Mustang Engine!

I have a 70 Shelby Mustang Convertible, a 1970 Mustang Convertible and a 65 coupe.  I just purchased the coupe and this distributor and the original engine and trans came with it as extras. I know what it's like to try to track down the original parts for your project!

I don't like folks that hoard parts, and I'm not one of them! This is in used condition and should be very easy to restore.

$10.00 Shipping anywhere in the United States.

.99 cents, no reserve auction. This distributor needs a good home!

Mercedes SLS AMG Gullwing Electric – Official

Thu, 16 Jul 2009

Mercedes has confirmed they are planning an SLS AMG eDrive for 2015 As we suggested the other day, it looks like this will be known as the Mercedes SLS AMG eDrive. It will feature an in-board electric motor for each wheel, generating the equivalent of  526bhp, which should give the SLS eDrive similar performance to its conventionally driven sibling. By putting a motor at each corner, Mercedes are effectively endowing the SLS eDrive with an intelligent four wheel drive system.
