PROPORTIONING VALVE KIT - DISC/DRUM

Quality proportioning valve / distribution block (Combo valve) kit to easily add disc/drum function to your GM vehicle. Early Disc/Drum cars would have a separate prop valve and distribution block. This newer style combo valve comes with all the necessary parts to convert your existing Drum/Drum brakes into Disc/Drum application. This is needed to ensure proper hydraulic pressure to the front and rear brakes.

For use with 9/16-18" & 1/2-24" Port Master Cylinders

Kit includes:

Brass Proportioning Valve
Steel Lines
Zinc Bottom Mount Bracket (Mounts on bottom of the master cylinder)
Proportioning Valve Plug
(2) 3/8-24" ports for the front brakes
(1) 9/16-18" port for the rear
Dash warning light connector
Hardware to mount proportioning valve.

This is not a direct bolt in kit. You will have to reroute your brake lines to accommodate the new port outlets. In some cases, fitting adapters may also be required.

Some of us around the AW office mostly refuse to be moved by modern Lamborghinis, clinging to the wacky 'n' weird minimal-production maintenance horrorshows of our youth. The Sesto Elemento was a bright spot. Last year's zany Veneno at least looked interplanetary, though it still didn't capture the Barbarella-cool of the LP400.

US artist David Macaluso has painted a portrait of Lewis Hamilton using oil not from a tube of paint, but from the sump of Hamilton’s F1 car. The oil was taken from Vodafone McLaren Mercedes’ 2008 F1 car – the vehicle that took Hamilton to the world championship last year.

The Ferrari 599 GTO is the third in an illustrious line of Gran Turismo Omologato models from Maranello. It may look like a lightly modified GTB Fiorano, but is, in fact, almost entirely new. The hood's prominent center bulge and aerodynamic wheel disks are a hat-tip to Ferrari's F1 cars, while the contrasting matte black roof and flying buttresses visually lower the center of gravity and break up the 599's mass.
