Very nice chrome and not suffering from grinding marks or waviness. Minor scraches. Tiny and would not be visible when mounted. May polish away. Rechromed a few years ago in California and newer mounted. Very clean back side. California core. No rust. The back was probably sandblasted prior to dipping in copper, nickel and chrome.
