65-73 mustang fastback only, 4 point AutoPower race roll bar (bolt in, but can be welded too). Diagonal and cross bar are welded to main hoop. 1.75 x .120 DOM tubes. The down tubes are a slip fit and bolt on to the stubs from the hoop. Comes with bolts, nuts and back up plates (bolts to floorpan and rear wheelhouse). No holes drilled for accessories. All were attached with roll bar clamps.
No rear seat access.  I used this in my GT350 for HPDE, club events and track days. Can be used for solo and auto crossing. Helps to stiffen the unibody and is noticeable.  I removed it to make way for a full cage for vintage racing.  Car  was never involved in any crashes. The bar does have scratches and marks from seat back brace, harnesses and from being moved around in my shop. Shipping will be from 35401 Tuscaloosa, with an estimated weight of 70lbs. Because of the size, expect to pay a higher charge. I will wrap the bar (it will not be boxed). Down tubes will be unbolted and taped to hoop. Truck freight shipping available too. Shipping USA 48 states only. do not rely on shipping cost calculator in this listing. I have found they are usually wrong. Calculate your own shipping charges from 35401. Not sure if UPS or FedEx will ship.  You are welcome to pick it up in person. If you are located along the Gulf Coast,  I have a friend that travels to Gulf Shores, AL once a week and can meet you with it. Sold as is. No warranty or safety guarantee expressed or implied.

AA celebrates 40 years of 'get you home'

Mon, 21 Oct 2013

THIS MONTH the Automobile Association is celebrating the 40th anniversary of its Recovery service - originally called AA Relay - that promised to get you home or to your destination. Back in 1973 there were very limited options if your broken-down car could not be fixed at the side of the road. The AA patrol could only tow you to your local garage to have it fixed or you would have to carry on your journey without the car.

By Adam Binnie Motor Industry 08 July 2014 12:42 Good news if you cannot wait for the official launch of Smart’s two new 2014 models: a sneak preview of the new ForTwo and ForFour has been released. The video shows off the innovations of the new models, including the ForTwo’s new ‘smile’ and wider stance, and was uploaded to the Daimler AG YouTube channel ahead of the cars’ launch in July 2014. It shows how the latest evolutions of Smart’s clever small cars retain features from their predecessors, such as the Tridion safety shell and wheel-in-each-corner design.
