This an OEM Ford oil fill or filler cap for 1965 to 1967 Ford 427 engines with an open ventilation system. This is a push on type. Measures about 2 1/2" in diameter at the top, 1 1/2" tall excluding the skirt and will fit an oil fill pipe that is about 1 3/8" in diameter. Stamped on top is "FRONT" and the Ford logo. So this is an original installation cap not a service part. If it were a service part made by Ford it would be stamped with Autolite. This is a painted cap with the color of black. The Ford basic part numbers listed above are believed to be correct. May fit other years as well or have other applications.

The general condition is good to fair.  It is very dirty and oily. It does have a lot of wear marks with much of the paint missing. The skirt is bent. It is and has been stored in Phoenix Arizona outside. Look at the pictures close and you be the judge to see if this will work for you. Other pictures can be obtained for this part prior to 24 hours from the end of the auction. Inspections can be made at my location in Phoenix. I am with in 3 miles of Sky Harbor airport. Payment arrangements must be made with in 72 hours.
