This is an original Ford export brace as used on Shelbys, T5's or any other Mustang being built for export. Ford serviced this part for years but made the later ones with different hole spacing where it attaches to the cowl. This is the real thing, original Ford, original hole spacing. It has never been modified or needed any repair.

Audi R8 e-tron killed off for production – again
Tue, 28 May 2013It’s more than six months since we reported that Audi were planning to kill off any production plans for the electric R8 e-Tron, with Audi’s head of R&D saying the production plans for the R8 were going to be scrapped. And it seems they have now gone in the bin. Despite putting on more than 1,000 pounds, the F10's performance and fuel economy is still respectable. Overall length is up, but the interior space remains largely unchanged.
