LIMITED WARRANTY - This carburetor comes with a 60 day limited warranty.   The warranty covers service & repair of this carburetor for a period of 60 DAYS from date payment is received.  We will repair or replace free of charge any carburetor or parts that are defective within the 60 day period.   The Limited Warranty  does not cover any issues related to improper installation, setup, modification, misuse, or misapplication.  In the event of a warranty claim the carburetor must be sent to us for any repairs made.  The warranty does not cover any costs related to labor performed by a 3rd party, and does not cover parts purchased from a 3rd party.     In the event of a warranty claim we reserve the right to repair or replace carburetor with a carburetor of similar or greater value prior to issuing a full refund. Any refunds made must be approved prior to return and will be done on a case by case basis. A 20% restocking will apply on orders over 15 days of purchase date up to 30 days.  All refunds will be less shipping charges / paypal fees.  No refunds if item has been used or installed or found to have evidence or improper installation and or abuse.  No returns on international shipments. 

SHIPPING:     We package with heavy packaging materials in a box large enough to allow for the carburetor and plenty of packing material around it in order to minimize the potential for damage during transit.   We do our best to package carefully, knowing that shipping companies are hard on packages.  When you receive your shipment if you suspect any damage  please immediately notify the UPS driver and inspect package.    It is critical that the driver is notified immediately in order to submit a damage claim.    Do not attempt to install or use this product if you suspect it was damaged in transit.

Shipping costs as listed are good for all continental 48 states only.  Shipping costs are higher in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico and International areas outside of the US.  If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Puerto Rico, or are an International customer please ask for shipping quote PRIOR to purchase.  We generally ship by UPS for the continental 48 states.   We ship by USPS going to AK, HI, CANADA and Interational territories .

DISCLAIMER: It is up to the purchaser / end user to determine the suitability of the product for that particular application.  By purchasing this product the purchaser agrees they have reviewed and fully understand all requirements of their application.   When you receive your carburetor you will find a paper copy of these warnings and disclaimer in the very top flap of the box.  If you do not receive this paper copy with your carburetor for any reason please email us for a copy for your reference.  Do not attempt installation of this product before fully reading and understanding warning and disclaimers.  Stahle Performance Inc, and its employees are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury – direct or indirect resulting from the use of this product.  

WARNING: A dual throttle return spring must be installed on the throttle lever.  Careful attention must be performed by the installer to insure that the throttle always returns to the closed position, otherwise uncontrolled engine speeds may result.  Serious personal injury or death may occur if a throttle unexpectedly sticks open.  Careful attention must be paid during installation of the carburetor so as not to cause interferences that may cause the throttle to bind or not fully close.

WARNING: Serious  personal injury or death may occur if a carburetor is improperly installed or adjusted by untrained personnel.  Serious personal injury or death may occur when working with fuel systems under pressure around sources of electricity.   Carburetors should only be installed and adjusted by trained automotive professionals or qualified mechanics.  If you are not a qualified mechanic do not attempt installation of this product.   If you are unaware of how to properly install, set up, modify,  and test operation of the carburetor,  take your vehicle to a professional automotive technician who can.  Consult the holley factory installation manual specific to this model for proper installation, setup, and adjustment.
