Detroit's Vinsetta Garage will serve food, with Autoweek seasoning
Tue, 16 Aug 2011The Vinsetta Garage, a haven for car collectors and enthusiasts on the Detroit area's legendary Woodward Avenue, is making a shift from servicing cars to serving dinner. The Vinsetta Garage, which closed nearly a year ago, will reopen next spring as a restaurant. The project is fueled by Autoweek publisher KC Crain and former Autoweek staffer-turned-award-winning restaurateur Curt Catallo.
Baby Rolls-Royce named as Ghost

The announcement was made by Rolls CEO Tom Purves at a press conference held at the Shanghai motor show this morning, and he also teased at other future models that will bear the Ghost name. RR4 was just the codename for the ‘baby’ Rolls, as it was the fourth model in the new-generation of cars under BMW ownership (after the Phantom, Phantom DHC and Phantom Coupe).

Extolling his own thoughts on design amid the current world – “constraints are what promotes creativity” - he described VW as being immersed in a process of defining their design language as Audi had already done to achieve the quality and diversity necessary. Audi design DNA was “understood by everyone in the company” he said, “right down to the smallest details”.
