Up for auction here is a Matched Pair of Used, Good Working, Original GM Left & Right Hand Hood Hinges REMOVED FROM A 1967 Pontiac Acadian Invader I am currently parting out. The Hinges work great, and the hood closes level, no binding, etc. The hinges come with all the original mounting bolts as well. The hinges could obviously use a media blast and repaint / powder coat for show, or use as is for a driver. Removed from a 67 Acadian, but MAY BE CORRECT FOR 66 aCADAIN, AS WELL AS 66-67 Chevy II & Nova, as well as possibly earlier years, however I am unsure, so please research your application before bidding. Lotus evolves with moving art
Wed, 10 Nov 2010WITH VIDEO -- With five new concepts dotting its stand at the Paris motor show, Lotus demonstrated that it knows a bit about metamorphosis. Now, the automaker has collaborated with French artist Gerard Rancinan and writer Caroline Gaudriault for a moving art display for a VIP event in Los Angeles. Rancinan specializes in art of the human form while Gaudriault is a journalist by trade who has worked in Japan, Australia and France.

Porsche 911 Sport Classic introduced
Wed, 02 Sep 2009Porsche has announced a Limited Edition Porsche 911 that will launch at Frankfurt - The Porsche 911 Sport Classic Porsche has plundered its history to build in to the 911 Sport Classic styling cues from the past. The Sport Classic gets a ‘Duck-Tail’ rear spoiler (thank you, 1973 Carrera RS 2.7) and ‘Fuchs-Style’ alloys (ditto – at least in terms of chronology). You can also throw in to the mix a double-bubble roof (Carrera GT et al) and black surrounds to the headlights, which is evocative of the 1970s Porsche racers. So having thrown every design cue that fits from its history, what else does the 911 SC get?
