Nice strong running olds 350 . Professionally Overhauled 10 years ago.  Has approx . 50,000 miles.  Raised compression ratio and hotter "comp" camshaft along with aluminum intake and headers all included . Engine originally came from a 1972 4 speed convertible cutlass .    Included is a f sh turbo 400 transmission and converter approx 5000 miles on trans ($850) rebuild.  Headers, starter, newer aftermarket hei distributor , cap , plug wires, alternator, brackets, fan, stock cam and lifter and pushrods also included , and yes free shipping and handling to your local freight terminal is all included.   Drop in and go setup! It's a four-door for the notchback-obsessed Americans, but we'll see the five-door Euro-style Mazda 3 hatch a few weeks later at the 2008 Bologna motor show. The new Mazda 3 is believed to be based on the engineering skeleton of a Ford Focus, so expect a front-wheel drive layout and a wide spread of diesel and petrol engines.

OnStar tests Facebook updates, text-message reading services

General Motors' OnStar service is launching new features with the latest generation of its technology and is testing applications such as reading text messages and updating social-networking Web sites via voice command. The ninth generation of OnStar's software will let GM car owners use their smartphone to remotely start the engine and lock or unlock their cars. The service is called OnStar MyLink.

Local man solves roadworks problem with his own toll road

A TEMPORARY TOLL road made from rolled chippings has been opened in south-west England. Businessman Mike Watts decided to open the thoroughfare to bypass a closed section of the A431 between Bath and Bristol. The Kelston Road was shut in February following a landslip and officials say it will not be repaired until the end of the year.
