1966 OLDS 442/ CUTLASS COOLANT BYPASS VALVE FOR CARS WITH AIR CONDITIONING. THIS IS A VERY NICE SOLID PART THAT IS ORIGINAL FOR 66 FOR CARS THAT CAME FROM THE FACTORY WITH AIR CONDITIONING. THIS VALVE GOES BETWEEN THE ASSEMBLY MANUAL CALLS THIS THE "THERMOSTATIC VACUUM SWITCH" THIS HAS A VACUUM HOSE THAT GOES FROM THE CARBURETOR TO IT AND ONE THE THE INTAKE MANIFOLD AND ONE THE THE DISTRIBUTOR. PER THE FACTORY OLDS SERVICE MANUAL, ("ALL 400 AND 425 EINGINES EQUIPPED WITH WIR CONDITIONING, USE A THERMOSTATIC VACUUM SWITCH TO INCREASE IGNITION TIMING ADVACNE AT IDEL WHEN HIGHTER COOLANT TEMPERATURES ARE ENCOUNTERED. THIS CHANGE FROM POERTED TO FULL VACUUM ADVANCE AT IDLE IMPREOVES IDLE COOLING.") PER THAT MANUAL THESE CAME ON ALL 400 AND 425 EITHER 2 BARREL OR 4 BARREL CARS THAT HAD AIR CONDITIONING.

The Kuga will appear at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September, and it's the latest model to feature Ford’s ‘kinetic design’ language. The look has been pioneered by Ford Europe’s executive design director Martin Smith, and it was first seen on the Iosis concept that previewed the current Mondeo.
