This is a no reserve auction for my 66 Pontiac GTO Tri Power project.  Here is the info I have. The front and rear carbs are original Pontiac models. Main body # 7011997. Top # 7013206. Venturi cluster # 16266. I had difficulty reading the number on the bottom of the baseplate, but I think it may be 15211 ( the 5 was the hard one to make out ). I went to quite a bit of trouble to find the center carb core. It is a Rochester carb # 7037061, that was on a 67 400 Pontiac with a date code of H6. The base # is 31692. Main body 7032271. Top 7038636 ( sorry, no vent valve ). The venture cluster # is 31505. I changed the jets in the center carb from # 60's to # 63's for todays fuel. I also changed the jets on the end carbs to # 73's. The carbs have been completely reconditioned by Rogue Valley Carburetion in Eagle Point, Oregon. I opted for the new reproduction factory intake manifold ( much lighter to handle ). The number on the manifold is 9782898 E45. It has never been bolted on an engine. I am not a Pontiac Tri Power expert, but have done my best to put something together that you can bolt on and go. I still needed to come up with a few more accessories ( air cleaners, choke thermostat, etc. ), but feel my starting price is reasonable for my investment of time and money. Sold as is. Please check out our other auctions. Thank you.

Is Chrysler still American? Yes, it is

Last week, we mentioned that the Secret Service was soliciting bids for a new presidential limousine. Among the criteria for a replacement for "The Beast" was the following: "This solicitation is restricted to Major Domestic U.S Automobile Manufacturers, who have their primary headquarters located in the United States of America." Well, with that came the suggestion that Chrysler -- now entirely underneath the banner of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles -- reports to somewhere far, far away from its nominal H.Q. in Auburn Hills, Mich.
