This is an original POA, guaranteed working, and in factory original configuration.

It is NOT one of those overly restored ones, where the protruding sides had to be cut off and removed.
The original look of your valve is lost to that process.

This is new original old parts. Plating is very - very nice. Inside is very clean - needs nothing, just bolt on.

All of my POA valves are cleaned, lubricated, and tested before shipping.
Your satisfaction is guarenteed.

These will work just fine with either R12, or R134. However, original R-12 will always be colder.

This auction is for ONE style "A" valve as shown.

There are 3 different configurations of POA valves.
The only real difference, is the location of the expansion valve inlet port. Other than that, they ALL function exactly the same.
Restorers, be careful- For judging, typically a rebuilt valve from some of the other vendors will not be correct, the sides of those valves have to be cut away during the rebuilding process.

Whether you purchase one of my valves or not, make sure you get one in original configuration, or NOS - and guaranteed to function. Hope this helps. Jeff

Mon, 19 Aug 2013

This solar-powered family car – aptly named ‘Stella’ by the student team behind the project at the Eindhoven University of Technology in Holland – is truly revolutionary. Apart from proving engineers do have a sense of humour with the name, this all carbonfibre creation can travel over 370 miles on a sunny day and actually contribute energy back to the grid, making this the world’s first ever ‘energy-positive’ car. This has amazing implications for the future… Click on the image above to read more about Stella, the solar-powered family car

One Lap of the Web: Remembering Ayrton Senna

Thu, 01 May 2014

-- Hard to believe it's been 20 years since the passing of Formula One legend Ayrton Senna, but one Jalopnik reader remembers the bloody weekend in San Marino vividly. A dream vacation in Europe cumulating in the ill-fated Grand Prix: Alan Dahl saw Senna's wrecked car coming into the pits, but like the rest of the crowd, he wouldn't find out Senna's fate until he left the track. "For years afterwards I felt guilty that, not knowing that the tragedy had happened," he said, "that I had fun at the race." -- The excellent 8W, a site of racing driver stories, recounts the last 96 hours of Senna's life.

Fiat 500 by Zagato and by Scagliarini Earlier this week we had an email pop in to tell us all about a customised Fiat 500 put together by U.S. tuners Scagliarini Motorsports. Which looked interesting, and we assumed it was done in collaboration with Zagato.
