67 68 Mustang And Shelby Hood Latch And Striker Rod Oem on 2040-parts.com
Oregon City, Oregon, United States
A very nice original hood latch assembly and striker bar as used on 67 68 Ford Mustang coupe convertible fastback sport roof GT GTA T-5 GT/CS California Special High Country Special Shelby GT350 GT500 . This was a Service replacement part and therefore has no stamped manufacture date. Parts are a bit dusty from decades of storage and have some oily fingerprints, I would recommend cleaning with brake cleaner then refinishing them in a satin clear coat if you want to keep the natural finish look. Latch has been lubricated with white lithium spray grease to keep it working like new.

BMW Zagato Roadster
Mon, 20 Aug 2012BMW and Zagato turned heads at the 2012 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance with its latest collaboration: The BMW Zagato roadster, just months after the unveil of the unveil of their coupé at Villa d'Este. The car, developed in just six months, features a low-set kidney grille – complete with tiny matt-sheen Zagato 'Z' letters – and circular headlamps on a sharply lined contoured hood, while Zagato's signature double-bubble design is seen again on the car and serves to extend the lines of the hood to the rear. Like the coupé version it is again the work of Norihiko Harada, Zagato's Chief Designer.
