Consumers will be directed to new website, (www.GoUltraLow.com) offering information about owning and running such vehicles, the makes and models available and the locations of the thousands of publicly available electricity charging points.

At this week's launch of the new Kia Sportage, CAR witnessed Kia design chief Peter Schreyer sketch out his original vision of the new crossover 4x4.
