                         68 69 Barracuda Radio
Here is a factory 1968 69 Plymouth Barracuda radio. We have repaired this radio and it plays great. We let it play for several hours and came back the next day and let it play some more. We will test it one more time just before sending it out. The face looks fairly nice. The push buttons the chrome is bubbling a little. The chrome is not pealing off yet. Every thing on this radio works as it should. The face says Chrysler solid state. That is what they said in 1969. In 1968 they said Plymouth in the face. But the radios all fit the same.

Bentley's posh leather child seat

Thu, 12 Nov 2009

Bentley has launched a new collection of accessories to compliment its cars, all of which apparently highlight the company’s 'design and craftsmanship skills'. From child seats to torches, the range is designed to make the life of your average Bentley owner just that little bit more comfortable. Perhaps, but having spent £150,000 on 200mph of GT pleasure, you are unlikely to fit a Halfords booster seat. The hand-stitched child seat - for 'the company’s smallest enthusiasts' - is made to match mum or dad's car with the same leather and piping, and can feature the child's name embroidered on the back beneath the Bentley wings, if Sir or Madam wishes.

David Brown Automotive promising a new luxury British sports car

Fri, 17 Jan 2014

David Brown Automotive promising a new luxury British sports car The name David Brown Automotive conjures up images of the man whose initials still give us the Aston Martin DB9 – former tractor builder David Brown who bought up Aston Martin in 1947 (and subsequently Lagonda and Tickford). But this David Brown Automotive is actually a new company which promises to “…refresh the classic British sports car, for the 21st Century” with a vision for a new luxury take on the classic British Sports Car. David Brown has put together a team lead by Alan Mobberley – who was  Chief Designer at Land Rover until 2005 and cropped up recently as the designer for Eterniti Motors – and has commissioned Envisage Group (the firm that bought up what was left of CPP after Vladimir Antonov’s exploits and who are building the glorious Lyonheart E-Type) to bring his dreams to life.
