You are bidding on a hard to find NOS rear tailgate glass lower sash channel that holds the lower glass in place.  Originally they were chrome plated steel.  They were real prone to rust.  It fits ’68-72 flattop wagons and Vista Cruiser.  The OEM part number is 7731788, group 12.180. It came packaged in a GMPD paper envelope which I no longer have. I bought it when I had a ’71 wagon years ago. The price schedule shows that it fits Chevrolet, Buick and Pontiac, yet I do not know the exact applications for those divisions.  Good luck and happy bidding!

'Gran Turismo' pays tribute to Senna with 'Ayrton's Wish'

Fri, 02 May 2014

Back in October, "Gran Turismo" announced a partnership with the Ayrton Senna Institute. We're finally starting to see the fruits of that labor -- a Senna-edition Playstation 3 bundle in Brazil notwithstanding. The first element of a month-long tribute from publisher Polyphony Digital is the above 20-minute film, "Ayrton's Wish." Two months before Imola, Ayrton told his sister Viviane that he wanted to give back to the country that so idolized him.

It was all over. Just about all over. After getting lost in the vast Palazzo/Sands/Venetian lodging-shopping-convetioning-gambleplex, we'd found Chevy's SEMA show preview and borne witness to Brad Paisley's Silverado.

London's Royal Automobile Club (RAC) is hosting an exhibition of artwork created by students enrolled in the RCA's Vehicle Design program. The artwork is intended to complement the RAC's Future Car Challenge, which will take place tomorrow, Saturday November 5, the day before the historical London to Brighton Veteran Car Run. The challenge requires entrants to drive a 60-mile route from Brighton to London using the least amount of energy and will see a wide range of energy-efficient vehicles participate.
